Free NZ Standard Delivery
Applies to all orders over NZ$200. NZ Post Couriers are our chosen service for customer orders. Upon receiving an order, your goods will be posted with the next available courier pickup – which operate Monday to Fridays excluding public holidays.
Orders below NZ$200 will incur an additional $10 fee for deliveries within New Zealand.
We do not offer guaranteed delivery on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
AUSTRALIA
Delivery costs to Australian addresses will be automatically calculated at the Checkout. This is calculated based on the NZD value of your basket and is as follows;
$0 – $149.99 will cost $40
$150 – $299.99 will cost $25
$300 – $599.99 will cost $50
$600 – $899.99 will cost $75
$900+ will cost $100

Different Stock Availability – If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.
Undelivered Items
We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us within 30 days of dispatch. If you do not contact us within this timeframe we will be unable to investigate further and no refund or replacement will be offered.
